Draw consists of the following lines:
Line 1 is setup as 2 Round Robin draws where all 5 players play each other twice.
Line 2, 3 and 4 consist of 10 players each.
Handicap Pennants
Handicap calculated from Player 1 in Line 1 being the base rank.
Calculate the difference between selected player and Player 1.
Divide the result by 50 and then Round UP to next whole number.
This is the base hadicap number.
Difference between players hadicap is the starting points for the lower ranked player.
Winner gives 2 points away at the start of the next game.
Maxiumum Handicap to be 8 points in any one game.
