The time has come for the annual Gillits Open Squash Championships. This year the tournament will be hosted from 3rd to 6th April 2024 and will comprise of both Doubles and Singles sections. We are excited to have several sponsors on board this year! The Gillitts Open has proven to be one of the most popular tournaments on the local calendar due to the blend of Singles and Doubles bringing together 2 disciplines in one event.

The tournament has been over-subscribed since its inception, and this year should not be any different, mainly due to the accessibility of the venue for players from Durban, Upper Highway and Pietermaritzburg, resulting in an excellent mix of new competition and exposure to players from Midlands and KZN coastal regions alike. There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in A section singles. All other sections will have prizes for Winner/s and Runner/s up.

Enter early, as we are limited to 16 players per section (Singles A,B,C,D) and 16 pairings for the Doubles section. Entries in the A Section will be reserved for players based on provincial and national rankings whereas the rest of the sections will be on a first-come first-served basis.
