RULES OF ENTRY

The tournament will be played under Squash SA and Joburg Squashtournament rules.
ALL COVID-19 regulations as prescribed by Squash SA will be strictly followed and enforced.
The format will be a Swiss Pairing for all sections.
Entries will only be accepted once proof of payment is provided. The entry fee is R300. Invitational and Egoli Squash players are exempt.

Players are obliged to mark/referee the following match but, may be excused if referees are available.
Players must be present 30 minutes before the scheduled time of their match. Be ready to play when the match before yours is finished.
Players must be available for the duration of the tournament. If you miss a match, you’re out for the rest of the tournament.
Playing times for the next round will be published after the completion of each round.
The draw will be posted on the SportyHQ website and players will be informed when the draw is available. Entrants are responsible to check the times of their first matches.

1. ELIGIBILITY: All players welcome
2. The Championships will be held under the rules of WSF.
3. The High Altitude (green dot) call will be used for all events.
4. Only online entries will be accepted on line via SportyHQ (www.sportyhq.com ) including proof of payment. NO PAY - NO PLAY.
5. Players to be present 15 minutes prior to the start of their game and if not ready to play at the appointed time could be scratched from the event.
6. Teams will not be permitted to change or substitute partners once the draws have been completed and published.
7. Players withdrawing from the tournament once the draw is done, will be liable for the entry fee.
8. Prizegiving will take place on completion of each section at the courts.
9. It is mandatory that players must referee the match immediately following theirs. A-Section semi-finals and finals will have referees provided.
